A Moment of Your Time is a series of short television documentaries featuring some of the fascinating stories of our southern historic places. Each segment broadly examines a single site and its associated contribution to southern New Zealand’s heritage.

The aim of this series is to increase the awareness of our historic places for locals and tourists alike. Many of these sites are in danger of being damaged due to neglect or demolished due to future developments and all require maintenance and the dedicated efforts of Trusts and volunteers to survive. Therefore it is hoped that this series may become a useful tool to encourage councils, businesses, developers and individuals to engage with and preserve our heritage for future generations.
